From our perspective as a trading nation, the United States’ approach to the global trading system is somewhat unpredictable. Susan Niblock has been a career diplomat with the US Department of State for more than 25 years, and is a member of the Senior Foreign Service, class of Minister-Counselor, making her well-qualified to help with interpreting USA trade policy and explain what we can expect next.
